Next, you will visit the Zocodover square, the heart of Toledo, close to the Alcázar and the Santa Cruz Museum, where its permanent exhibition is dedicated to the Habsburg dynasty. 

Return to hotel and lunch.

In the afternoon, guided tour of the main places of importance during the life of Emperor Charles V of Germany and I of Spain in the Imperial City of Toledo.

They will finish the tour contemplating the city from their viewpoint of the Valley.

On this day, we will be able to discover the analogy between Charles V, European prince, and Don Quixote of La Mancha. 

In El Toboso, we will visit some museums such as the Cervantino Museum which houses a curious collection of copies of Don Quixote, with more than 600 editions and in various languages. Then you can visit a family winery where they will know the process of making unique wines with their own personality, including tasting.

Finally, you will discover from the air the iconic image of the windmills of Campo de Criptana that witnessed "the most famous battle of universal literature". A tour guide will interpret the aerial views from the hot air balloon. In addition, you will visit El Pósito, a historic building that used to be an agricultural bank and which still retains the imperial coat of arms. Return to (4* hotel or hostel), dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast in (hotel 4* - parador). Departure towards the Lagoons of Ruidera, declared Natural Park. 

This protected area is located between the provinces of Albacete and Ciudad Real. It consists of a series of lagoons that give rise to cascades of turquoise waters. The landscape beauty of this Natural Park will not leave you indifferent. We will make a brief stop at the Castle of Peñarroya, Christian fortress built by the Order of San Juan in the s. XIII, and time to see its extraordinary environment with the reservoir of Peñarroya. 

Lunch in restaurant.

Visit to the Alcazar of San Juan, a small town that is claimed to be the birthplace of Miguel de Cervantes. At sunset, we will enjoy a wine tasting next to the windmills. 

Return to hotel, dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast in (hotel - parador). We will move towards Almagro "City of the Theater", located in the so-called Campo de Calatrava. This city treasures an important historical-artistic complex with essential monuments, such as the famous Corral de Comedias of the seventeenth century, the Plaza Mayor, a reference place of this town, the National Museum of Theatre near the same square, the "Almacén de los Fúcares", German banker family of the king emperor.

Lunch in restaurant with menu selected. 

To end the day, we will discover the Tablas de Daimiel National Park, located within the Humid Biosphere Reserve of La Mancha, where we will perform a birdwatching activity. Return to (hotel-hostel), dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast at (4* hotel - guest house). On this day we will make a real and exciting trip to the best kept secrets of the oldest mines in the world, in Almadén.

The facilities of this Mining Park, which ceased operations in 2003, along with the wells, buildings and installations are the heart of this World Heritage site. Lunch in restaurant with menu selected. 

The value of the volcanic region of Campo de Calatrava is incalculable, surely one of the most important in all

Iberian Peninsula. Therefore, this route offers a great opportunity to know the secrets of one of the most important geological areas in the province of Ciudad Real. If the group so wishes, it is possible to make a visit to a cheese factory of authentic Manchego cheese.

Return to the 4* hotel, dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast in the (hotel - parador). On this day, we will go to Ciudad Real, with a visit included the Museo del Quijote which includes an important library about the novel. We will discover the Puerta de Toledo or the Plaza Mayor where you will find the famous Carrillón with Manchegos and Cervantes characters. Next, you can visit a family business dedicated to the production of Manchego cheese. We will start with a visit to the cheese factory and explain step by step the different steps of elaboration. Finally, we will make a tasting of cheese accompanied by wine. Lunch in restaurant with selected menu. 

In the afternoon we will visit the Cabañeros National Park with excursion by 4x4 and departure from the Interpretation Center Casa de Palillos. Return to (hotel-parador), dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast at (hotel - parador). Departure to the place of origin or extension to Extremadura

with a visit to the Monastery of Yuste, where the king-emperor ended his days.
